RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, design, test and document system features to adhere to the values of stakeholders amongst a variety of teams
• Conduct a risk assessment of the design and consult on adjustments where needed to meet performance requirements
• Drive and coach individuals to adhere to project deadlines whilst maintaining quality and corporate standards and architectures
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and understand their pain points to advance systems and improve usability

YOU WILL HAVE:

• Demonstrated experience in programming and application design
• Strong Core Java skills (Java 8 or above) and Java related software (SpringBoot, JPA etc.)
• Specific experience in delivering integration systems from a downstream approach
• Solid communication skills and ability to consult with non-technical stakeholders
