Job Description
The Senior Manager will be focused on Agency Partnerships and become an expert in Oracle Advertising & Customer Experience’s full product suite (digital audiences, contextual intelligence, measurement solutions, platforms and more). Proven success in ideating and delivering high-value solutions with significant adoption and revenue impact. The work is non-routine and multi-faceted and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization. Skills to scope, prioritize, and manage numerous work streams, creating and maintaining accountability of all involved parties to commit to specific deliverables & deadlines.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager will be tasked with functions across business development, go-to-market planning, product strategy, product deliver/project management, product market feedback and function as the CEO of your business. These functions include tasks such as developing business plans, financial projections, differentiated positioning, strategic product positioning, operational workflow, scoping/deploying products, and integrations with an eye towards driving process and workflow improvements that allow scaling and growth of partnerships. This role is integral to providing feedback across Oracle’s Advertising suite of products and the health of our business and partnerships through regular analysis of revenue, subjective perspectives, and market trends. These reviews will contribute to understanding of Agency book of business and will be distributed in the form of collateral across Quarterly Business Reviews, office hours and cross-functional task forces.

Hiring Range: from $105,000 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 – 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
