Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s rack deployment operations team plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end deployment workflow for racks in Gen2 data centers worldwide. This team sits centrally between the hardware, data center and network verticals in addition to engineering, product, and business teams. You will partner with subject matter experts from across the company to create, manage and report on the health of rack ingestion visible to Oracle’s executive leadership. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and can influence outside of direct reporting lines. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow for deployment of server racks in OCI’s Gen2 data centers. You will help manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the most critical business initiatives are fully supported. You will need to partnership with our internal customers to ensure continuity in business processes to deliver capacity to customers when and where it is needed. Responsibilities include:
Acting as global escalation point for issues during rack ingestion
Responsible for modify in-progress rack deployment workflows in cases of cancellations, transfers/moves and undo/redos
Being SME for end-to-end installation and ingestion for racks utilizing Jira-based HELM system
Primary engagement point for operational sev-2 ticketing and shepherding business critical rack ingestions
Work closely with workflow developers to introduce feature enhancements and ensure smooth rollout of new feature sets
Define business requirements and worked with development team to implement more planning states within the tool for higher visibility of data center room status
Performed data collection and worked with analytics team to produce multi-functional dashboards to display rack ingestion status and KPIs
Perform briefings on installation and backlog status of racks globally
Perform regular checks of rack ingestion state and perform proactive actions to ensure they are placed back on track for ingestion

Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
