Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales territory.

• Develop C-Suite and Clinical relationships within customer base.

• Communicates departmental objectives and implements plans to ensure attainment of business objectives.

• Works closely with sales management to ensure proper utilization of resources. Oversees the Interaction with sales team to architect the solution and develop and execute solution strategies for market.

• Participates in industry/product functions, seminars and round tables to remain up to date on industry or product knowledge.

• Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.

• Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.

• May deliver presentations to high level clients and industry conference attendees.

• May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions.

Requirements:

• Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important.

• Clinical Executive Leadership or Nurse Consulting experience.

• Strong healthcare industry expertise.

• Health Systems Operations experience in areas including Bed Management, Transfer/placement, and other operational elements.

• Cerner expertise preferred.

Hiring Range: from $141,800 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 – 70/30.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
