Oracle Health Hosting (formerly CernerWorks) Portfolio Management team is hiring for a Program Manager. This team assists groups across the Oracle Health Hosting (OHH) organization by leading operations, programs, and projects in support of the organization’s priorities. As a Program Manager, you will lead several projects. As a member of this team, you will work with various technical and business partners across the organization and across Oracle to lead organizational wide projects. You will work with other team members to lead the required project management deliverables as well as drive project milestones through implementation. In addition, you will track tasks, build accountability, monitor risk and escalate appropriately. You must be able to prioritize across projects, tasks, and work assignments to keep all assigned projects moving forward.
An example of a program is the OHH Technology Currency program. The purpose is to maintain contemporary versions and configuration of layered, external technology (OS, middleware, products and databases) to satisfy reliability, performance, scalability, security and supportability requirements. The team periodically adjusts which technologies and configurations are supported and publishes an associated “Technology Roadmap.” OHH must maintain domain expertise and knowledge around these external technologies, as well as orchestrate and implement required technology upgrades across the client environments.

Network within an organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment
Create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate partners
Support a team by growing their capabilities to organize, lead, and make decisions
Report risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns
Lead interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs through collaboration, multi-functional project planning and comprehensive reporting packages
Develop detailed project plans and manage project process documentation
Qualifications:
Project Management experience required
Ability to thrive in ambiguity
Agile preferred
Windows Server / Citrix experience preferred

Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
