Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization – Oracle Health Data, Analytics Platform. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. Oracle Health Data, Analytics Platform has a rare opportunity to play a critical role in how Oracle Health products impact and disrupt the healthcare industry by transforming how healthcare and technology intersect. The Millennium Data Ingestion (MDI) teams are part of the larger Healthcare Data and Analytics organization.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance

• 5+ years of technical experience relevant to this position

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members

• BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent

Knowledge/Experience with:

• Java

• Familiarity with technologies and design concepts around Big Data Processing and Relational Databases such as: ETL, Hadoop Ecosystem, structured data, SQL schemas and queries etc.

• Analytics and Reporting experience

• Cloud Engineering Infrastructure

• Experience developing RESTful services

• Experience with CI/CD principles and technology

• Experience building high-performance and scalable distributed systems

Preferred:

• Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure

Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
