Job Description

This role is within the Client Integration Engineering team, under ClientWorks Org in Oracle Health.

As a Test Analyst you will be working on Quality Assurance projects for all ClientWorks Stakeholders. This involves interpreting requirements, testing programs, supporting our engineering team and helping ensure that the quality of our products is meeting the needs of our stakeholders. As an edge development team, we create custom solutions that help deliver innovation at scale. We also support creation of solutions that temporarily fill functional gaps and support creation of reporting and extracts that enables integration with third party vendors.

As a Senior Test Analyst you will be required to interpret and verify requirements, write test scripts, execute those scripts, report any issues back to development and designers. Also review the work of other Test Analysts, mentor other members of the team and be a resource for all team members. It will be necessary to interact with other teams to work through any issues.

Tools used include RQM for test management and Crucible for test case review, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of quality assurance practices, processes and the products they are testing

• Experience is software testing

• Experience writing test scripts, executing scripts, and reporting any issues

• Current QA process experience and knowledge

• US Healthcare knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment

Hiring Range: from $18.13 to $34.66 per hour; from $37,700 to $72,100 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
