Manages a team supporting and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Successful track record in applications implementation and as a manager. Expert knowledge of all applications within a business area; plus some knowledge of other applications. BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Lead a highly technical team of Data Center Operations experts responsible for technical escalation, project oversight, and driving world-class operations.
Maintain optimal efficiency through strong global processes, clear and timely communication, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement best in class operational standards and procedures.
Lead a highly engaged team that delivers strong performance Develop, support, and adhere to global processes and policies to ensure consistency across data center regions. Oversee the technical support and escalation function and staff across the region, partnering with peers and Data Center managers in other regions to ensure global success. Responsible for adhering to company security and control policies and procedures as directed Maintain direct contact with internal customers and partners to maximize quality and efficiency.
Cross Collaborate with other teams within OCI including Data Center Operations, Inventory, Networking, and Incident Management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Proven Experience in Data Center Operations, Cloud Operations, Technical Support and/or Engineering supporting large, Enterprise customers.
Demonstrated leadership skills and qualities and experience leading high performing technical teams with the ability to set priorities in a high-pressure environment
Strong background with Problem Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Continual Improvement
Experience in handling multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize a highly varied workload to maintain required productivity level
A strong commitment to exceptionally high standards in the work environment
Ability to seek out areas for improvement as well as planning and enacting such changes with a bias for action
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts so others on all levels will understand, both to senior managers and leadership as well as their own team(s).
