Overview
As the Demand Generation lead for AI Application Development, you will create programs and go-to-market strategies that will accelerate Oracle’s AI and Application Development market share by leveraging your knowledge of the latest front and back-end application development strategies, technologies, and services. The primary objective is to grow and extend Oracle’s application development opportunity through your understanding of application development and in connection with Oracle’s modern data platform strategy. You will combine the power of Oracle’s data management capabilities and application development portfolio, including Oracle AI services, to rapidly demonstrate the value of Oracle’s full stack offerings. Specifically, you will focus on developing sales enablement programs by collaborating cross functionally and comprehensively to synthesize business value for our sales teams and customers.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
OR equivalent experience.
AI Experience: 3+ years of Full Stack development (direct or indirect) experience in enterprise public cloud-based solutions, developing cloud-based applications to support Advanced Analytic and AI services in Oracle Cloud or a similar competing cloud’s.
Responsibilities
Additional Qualifications:
Solution Consulting Experience: 3+ years in customer-facing advisory or pre-sales to demonstrate ability to distill core technical concepts and connect them to business outcomes.
Experience and skills with Oracle applications, AI and data management services
Knowledge of consuming large language model (LLM) and Foundational model APIs
Knowledge of the application open-source ecosystem
Cloud Service Provider certifications or equivalent industry certifications
Knowledge of full stack application development process and technologies with an understanding of both front-end and back-end development, including web development, databases, system architecture, cloud technology, API development, integration, and software engineering.
Familiar with DevOps and full-stack development including version control tools such as Git and writing and debugging code.
AI application development experience includes integrating API’s and Large Language Models APIs (Hugging Face, Cohere, MosaicML, NVIDIA) into application workflows and prompt engineering development to create unique experiences.
This role will require travel to Oracle hub locations ( Texas, Massachusetts, California, Washington) and on occasion to events and customer sites.

Hiring Range: from $141,800 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 – 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
