Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of My Oracle Support. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll use your expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to manage requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, develop contingencies, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the with end users.

Skill Set

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems

• Experience with various project management methodologies like Agile or SAFe

• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong Customer Management skills

• Strong Relationship Building Skills

• Strong Team player in taking ownership of issues and resolving them

• Self-starter/Enthusiastic/Broader perspective
