Role – Care Assistant
Location – Stockwell Road, Pembroke Dock
Salary – £18,772.00 to £21,403.20 based on 38 hours per week (Days Only) or 40 hours per week (Nights Only)

We are looking for Care Assistants who will provide a high level of care including personal care, daily living task as well promote independence within our residential home in Pembroke Dock.
A day in the life of a Care Assistant with Orbis Education and Care Involves:
Providing tailored support to the autistic adults using our services.
Assisting our Supported Individuals with day to day tasks and decision making.
Promoting independence by supporting with a range of educational, social and work-based activities.
Undertaking general housekeeping duties, plus elements of personal care.
Maintaining accurate record keeping of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
To be a successful Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care, you’ll need:
A can-do attitude, resilient and reliable nature.
Compassion and empathy.
Enthusiasm to promote independence & choice.
The ability to work flexibly.
Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
