Oregon Pacific Bank is looking for a Document Preparation Specialist in our Eugene Branch to prepare commercial and consumer loan documentation. This person is responsible for ensuring accuracy of documentation and collateral is perfected, and the loan documentation complies with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The position works closely with other members of the Loan Support team and close interaction with Lending staff as well as other departments. The ideal candidate is motivated, exercises discernment and diplomacy, and above all, have exemplary attention to detail.

Essential Skills:
Have commercial and consumer loan experience
Have some loan documentation experience, understanding all types of collateral perfection, SBA loan documentation, boarding and funding requirements, and ability to review post-closing trailing documents
