Oregon Physics is looking for motivated individual to assist with operational duties including (but not limited to):

• Material Handling including Shipping, Receiving, and Cycle Counts.
• Manage inventory including small parts, components, complex sub-assemblies, and high-value finished goods for multiple product lines.
• Utilize Fishbowl Inventory Management Software for inventory management transactions and purchasing.
• Assist in the development of practices for receiving, stocking, and kitting components for clean room and standard manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on time delivery and consistent work flow.
• Organize domestic and international shipments of company products.
• Order Office Supplies.
• Coordinate office facilities.
• Cross-train in all aspects of supply chain and operations.

Position Requirements

• 2 years shipping/receiving experience.
• 2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP software processes, and workflows.
• Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills.

Bonus Experience

• International Shipping including AES Direct filings.
• Proven operations experience in a small business manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Fishbowl Inventory Management software in a manufacturing environment.
• Purchasing and/or Planning experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
