Essential Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage own time and deadlines effectively.
• Assist customers in a professional manner.
• Familiar with programs and systems used; including MS Office Suite, Google Cloud based programs, PDF generation and other common office automation software.
• Learn the proprietary software for Scheduling and Job Management responsibilities.
• Able to accurately and completely enter data in a timely manner.
• Monitor Sales Support email entries to make certain customers are not inconvenienced if another support person is not available.
• Answer phones calls and emails into office and direct to appropriate people.
• Support Sales Team by helping them stay on-track with project progression.
• Work with proprietary software to enter project information to facilitate and monitor stages of project progress through design, engineering, manufacturing, delivery and billing.
• Manage status job workflow changes through design approval.
• Create and maintain Customer Master Files for repeat models.
