Organized Garage Hiring for Virtual Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

We are a US-based company that specializes in Cabinet manufacturing and installations. Looking for a virtual assistant that can support day-to-day operations.

A Typical Day Could Include:

• Answer incoming calls, transfer to the right department, take messages

• Data entry and preparation of work orders

• Crafting emails to customers

• Daily CRM updates

• Assist Affiliate Manager with any additional tasks not limited to basic research, report preparation, customer follow-up, etc.

Your Skills:

• Applicants must have a stable internet connection (Applicants will need to run a speed test during the interview)

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to speak English very well.

• Proficiency in the use of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, ZOHO, etc)

• Previous experience with US-based customers would be an asset.

• Excellent On-Phone presence

• Good working knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Docs, Slack, Zoom, or ability to learn quickly.

Work hours 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST Monday- Friday
