Pain & Established Brands Marketing Assistant

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• 
  To implement tactical plans/projects to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management, according to Cardio or Pain annual brand plan.
• 
  Plan and execute product promotion tactics, develop the monthly communication to field force, samples distribution and other multichannel promotion.
• 
  Support and contribute to the long-term, increased, and sustainable presence at the market by:
  • 
    Understanding medical and marketing information of the products of the company to define their benefits, market share, positioning relatively to target groups of competitors, marketing promotion strategy in accordance to defined target groups.
  • 
    Analyze the socio-demographic characteristics of consumers and patients, their needs, criteria, and attitudes consumption patterns of strategic products to identify market potential.
  • 
    Identifying the most effective market segments to promote products, the most promising target
  • 
    Support implementation and participation of the Congress & Symposia according to the annual sponsorship plan.
  • 
    Implementation of the promotional events to support product positioning.
  • 
    Develop and approved printed and digital materials
• 
  Work as team member in the cross-functional team in brand specific initiatives.
• 
  Support and connect with sales force: ensure field force has all materials, tools needed to promote products, meetings, and others.

Your Skills & Expertise

This position reports to a product manager.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Organon requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar
• At least 1 year of Marketing or customer administrative experience

• Advanced English skills (verbally and in writing) 90% plus
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• High proficiency in Office package Excel & PowerPoint

Additional qualifications (desirable) that could help you succeed even further in this role includes:

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional team members
• Strong drive, proactivity, and willingness to learn and contribute
• Experience in pharmaceutical market
• Skilled in marketing strategy, digital, customer service, strategic planning, and communication strategy
