Orion Health has a rare and career-defining opportunity for an energetic, results-driven strategic leader to join us as Vice President Operations, North America, and help drive our mission of reimagining the healthcare experience for all.

North American health systems have vast amounts of health data but often struggle to extract meaningful value from it and desperately need better digital tools. Our beautifully designed Unified Healthcare Platform is perfectly placed to address this head on. We need an experienced leader that is passionate about tackling this by unifying health data and giving clinicians the insights they need to improve the healthcare experience for all North Americans.

North America is our most important strategic growth market and as Vice President, you will design, craft and spearhead initiatives concentrated on both US states and Canadian provinces, services, and market segments, ensuring efforts are seamlessly aligned to our global strategic plan.

Reporting to the Global Chief Executive, you will be the figurehead for Orion Health in the US and Canada, an all-rounder responsible for all aspects of its operations from sales and marketing, delivery of projects, managed services and people and customer operations. As the senior leader you will drive an open yet high-performing culture, fostering connections both locally and internationally. You will provide vision and inspire with your leadership igniting your team.

The role will have overall responsibility for the North American region leading our sales, delivery and operations as well as commercial, marketing, corporate affairs and culture teams.

• Lead revenue and profit growth, taking ownership of sales, marketing, delivery, and operations to maximise financial success.
• Forge innovative partnerships, understand customer needs, and lead the charge as a healthcare industry influencer.
• Expand our reach and operational efficiency by strategically identifying and onboarding new, scalable partners.
• Create a collaborative and innovative culture, provide leadership and mentorship, and oversee multiple teams for region-wide success.

The successful applicant will be based locally in our current/planned USA Offices (Boston, Scottsdale or Dallas), or our Head Office in Auckland, NZ.
