The role:

We are looking for a Network Transformation Programme Coordinator to provide end-to-end coordination and support to the Network Transformation Programme Director and project teams. This position plays a key role in assisting in the implementation and collaboration of programme outcomes and objectives ensuring they are delivered successfully across the business.

A little more about the role:

• Developing programme or project scope; including timeframes and financial outcomes
• Delivering a high level of project support to the Programme Director and project teams
• Reviewing business cases and escalating associated risks and implications to the wider programme
• Developing, monitoring, and maintaining metrics and reports on specific projects with a focus on project management improvements
• Producing and distributing project documentation 

A little more about you:

• Proven previous experience working in a complex project or programme environment 
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Prince2 and/or PMP is advantageous
• Analytical experience to enable analysis of issues and identify exceptions
• Strong coordination, organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to bring together pieces of work and information for the Network Transformation team
• Demonstrated ability with Information Systems, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
• A continuous improvement outlook with a positive mindset
