Orkin is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to enter information into our database from paper documents and scan documents into the system. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a fast typist and have a keen eye for detail.

What You’ll Be Doing…

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be a Subject Matter Expert and play a pivotal role in our continued growth!

• Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer

database

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and

procedures

• Maintain customer database with accurate customer information including call

details, disposition of calls, payments, and other results

• Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives
• Safeguards customer’s privacy and other proprietary information

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Computer Savvy
