Our Health Information Associate manages the distribution and release of confidential information in accordance with rules and regulations. They process requests for confidential patient health information internally within the organization, as well as outside sources such as attorneys, adjusters, and medical center requests. Duties may also include processing subpoenas, filing records, assisting in audits, and collecting information.
Essential Functions:

• Fulfill internal and external requests for confidential patient health information
• Communicate with Worker’s Compensation Adjusters and Attorneys
• Communicate both internally and externally with regards to patient’s health records requests for information
• Process Subpoena’s in a timely manor
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position.
