PT Office Assistant
Osaghae & Associates, Ltd. CPAs , a local CPA firm that provides tax, accounting and management consulting services for individuals and small businesses has an opening for a part-time office assistant’s position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reports
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos. letters, faxes and forms
- Provide general support to accountants
- Organize and maintain meetings, appointments, contact lists etc.
Requirements:
- High school. Some college work a plus
- At least 3 years office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
