A newly created role, the Recruiter will collaborate with the HR team and line managers to plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for the company across a diverse range of positions.

You will be an experienced recruiter, with experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will also ensure we is applying inclusive hiring practices as well as actively promoting applications from
people with diverse backgrounds.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €45 -55K depending on experience
• 22 annual leave plus 2 company days

Requirements

• An experienced recruiter, with experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Proven ability to support the recruitment process across a variety of roles and disciplines
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, practical assessments, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office and social media channels
• A track record for working and recruiting at pace and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong influencing skills and proven ability to successfully build productive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
• A strong team player with a collaborative style and a proven track record of effectively delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
