Osmose is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices.
Responsibilities
Vendor maintenance: Add new vendors, update information as needed, maintain ACH email list, obtain tax paperwork such as W-9’s.
Enter accounts payable invoices with correct coding and other relevant information.
Assist vendors and internal customers with payment status requests.
Review and respond to requests in AP email inboxes.
Prepare check voids, manual payments, wires.
Review other’s work for data entry accuracy.
Scan documents into imaging software.
Manage remittance copies for vendors.
Back up other members of the team through continuous cross training.
Qualifications
Two years of relevant accounts payable or accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word.
Experience with ERP system highly desirable; Netsuite would be a plus.
Organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and technological capabilities and willingness to have constant. communication especially during temporarily remote work.
Willingness to occasionally work varied hours when necessary to achieve desired results.
