ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary:
The Director of Promotions will be responsible for driving dynamic changes. This candidate will manage a broad portfolio of items across 10 airports using their digital and fiscal retail experience. The ideal candidate will be able to lead cross functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced
environment. This position will report to the Vice President of Merchandising.
Responsibilities:
· Develops and fosters a cohesive team environment with all cross-functional partners.
· Exhibits the ability to manage large scale projects or efforts to implementation.
· High level of comfort with KPI’s and financial analysis to evaluate promotional impact.
· Ability to think creatively and devise interesting and attractive promotions.
· Comfortable working within a team but will take ownership of items when necessary.
· Entrepreneurial spirit who wants to work on growing something rather than maintaining it.
· High sense of ownership for the promotional plans and their success.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· B.A or B.S required (in Data Analytics, Marketing or relevant field). PhD preferred in Data Analytics.
· Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital and fiscal retail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships within and outside of the company.
