We are currently looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Auckland to support new installation & modernization projects.

The basic function is to manage construction projects in accordance with Otis policies, procedures, quality standards, contract specifications, timelines and applicable statutory regulations.

The position is responsible for managing a field based construction team and for local purchasing within specified plans.

The strongly desired qualifications / experience for the position are:

1. A tertiary qualification in building or engineering is preferred, as are relevant qualifications in project management
2. At least five (5) years project and people management experience in the  lift industry
3. Strong commercial awareness as related to project management and contractual commitments/opportunities
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong planning and organisational skills
6. Willingness to travel to meet project requirements
7. Sound knowledge of computer software applications MS Office and proficient use of MS Project or equivalent
