About the role: We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our company venture, Willow.

In this full-time position, you will contribute to creating visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns that drive results for our company.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

This position requires working a fixed US schedule, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Seniority Level: Senior Level Responsibilities: Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectivesPresent design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designsEnsure that all designs meet the company standard and align with project briefs and brand guidelinesStay up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrate new resources/techniques where neededRequirements: 5 years of experience in digital graphic design or related fieldProven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong paid advertising workProficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.

), FigmaExperience producing designs for emails, social media, and paid mediaStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA self-starter mindset with a passion for delivering fast output and good designNice-to-haves: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related fieldProficient in digital motion and video graphic production toolsExperience in retail marketing or digital brandingDirect experience with consumer e-commerceExperience working in the telemedicine field.What’s in it for you?
