Looking to fill an entry level Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Office administration:
– Filing, copying, faxing, answer phones, mail distribution
– Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
– Preparing for meetings and special events
– Ordering Supplies
– Assist with miscellaneous projects
Requirements:
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong computer skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Customer service & teamwork skills
– Strong organizational & planning skills
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
