Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Reporting to: VP of HR
Division: Owen Industries
Location: Omaha, NE (Near Eppley AF)
Summary/Objectives
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential Functions
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents, with attention to correct grammar and spelling.
- Professionally administer all incoming calls.
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate or voicemail if unavailable.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Coordinates administrative tasks with the VP of Human Resources.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, distribution of office supplies and company apparel.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education/Training/Experience
Associate degree; and/or five years of related experience
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
