Brief Job Description
Oxford Government Consulting (Oxford) is seeking data entry operators to support a document conversion project.

• Full-time, non-exempt
• This project involves the scanning, indexing, data extraction, and transmission of images and data via secure web connection.
• Data entry operators are required to review the optical character recognition process for accuracy and performing data entry.
• Data entry operators operate scanning and data entry devices to support the indexing and electronic capture of paper-based claim documents into electronic format.
• Data entry operators perform a variety of document conversion tasks and work under the general supervision of a supervisor.

Experience/Qualifications

• NACI clearance required to successfully obtain position. The candidate will complete the required process with Oxford Government Consulting before hire.
• U.S. citizenship required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience in the field or related area
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the document management field
• High key strokes per hour
• Strong computer skills
• Capability of frequently lifting 35-pound boxes
• Must work well with coworkers and managers
• Must be able to monitor email account daily
• Must be able to work at computers for long periods of time
• Must be able to stand, walk, complete simple hand grasps, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, and hear
• Repetitive motion is required
