Job Description

In this role, you will be working at the Call Centre Desk, with the usual duties such as inbound customer calls (service queries, account queries and payment issues) and some outbound calling in response to domestic customer queries and a degree of admin as necessary.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be the type of person who enjoys interacting with customers, and is diligent in relation to logging calls, resolving issues and keeping relevant notes and information on our online system for the entire team to access if necessary.
