The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job Overview

Responsible for driving business growth. They develop a network of contacts to attract new hotels, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects by analyzing key market trends and retaining existing hotels

Responsibilities

• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. · Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
• Meet with customers/clients face to face & or over the phone.
• Churn prevention: Engage with partners to educate them around the solutions Oyo provides and reduce churn.
• Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association.
• Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties which can be contracted to do Business with OYO.
• Developing proposals for clients.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Recovery of debt.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Sales areas.
• Bachelor’s degree Administration, Marketing or International relations.
• Networking ability
• Great negotiation and Influencing skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
