We are a specialty glass contractor who services the entire island of Kauai on both residential and commercial jobs. Our work varies from small window repairs, to high-end custom home jobs, to large commercial projects. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service and work. You MUST love helping people because we take exceptional care of our customers.

On a typical day you would check phone messages, emails, texts, and assist walk-in customers. Depending on your areas of strength or growth plan, you could be assisting with billing, orders, inventory, customer service, project management, and more. Our team is very cross-functional so there is a lot of collaborating and team-work. The ideal candidate is willing to learn new tasks and tackle other out of the box projects as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels (phone, email, and text)
• Helping to ensure our customers have a great experience with us
• Effectively anticipating customer needs
• Preparing quotes, sales orders, invoices, material orders
• Assisting other team members with various tasks & helping wherever needed
• Assisting with showroom sales

Skills Need to Win:

• Excellent customer service skills
• At least (1-2) year office/clerical experience (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and editing skills
• High level of personal, written, and phone communication skills
• Be organized and able to work within deadlines
• Be analytical and able to problem-solve
• Able to work under high-pressure, sometimes demanding conditions
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• Able to work well in a team
• Having a problem-solving mindset
• Responding to feedback well and taking initiative
• Being willing and able to wear multiple “hats”
