Salary Range: $17.00 to $37.00 an hour

PACT MSO has a busy Gastroenterology office that is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position works Monday through Friday and the position will float between office locations in Hamden, Milford and Guilford.

This position supports a department, provider, or manager by performing duties as directed.

Essential Functions

• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, travel, and department activities, etc.
• Answers phones and addresses all types of inquiries for the department and individual
• Communicate information appropriately, accurately, and timely
• Create and maintain reports and distributes to appropriate staff and management
• Identify and communicate inconsistencies of information in reports to appropriate staff
• Creates and maintains spreadsheet and directed.
• Establishes and maintains a filing and record system for documents
• Create, review, send, and compose written correspondence relevant to department and business needs
• Interface with contracted vendors
• Supply ordering and stocking cabinets and kitchen supplies
• IT contact for organization
• Point person for internal meeting, including coordination of invites, note taking and assisting with implementation of needs after meetings.
