The Role We Need:
PadSplit is hiring a COO because we need an experienced leader to serve as the critical bridge between our CEO’s vision and the internal operations necessary for its realization. The role will focus on driving key performance indicators and objectives while ensuring alignment among Product, Growth, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to accelerate progress and optimize performance. Success in this role will be dependent on your ability to balance growth and profitability, recognizing and executing pivots, and clear communication of strategic plans to all PadSplit people.
The Person We Are Looking For:
The right candidate is a strategic leader with superb communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and is able to navigate competing priorities while consistently being effective at decision-making for the company’s growth and profitability. You must possess a background in senior operations leadership and technology, coupled with the resiliency that is required to succeed in a high-growth startup environment in order to drive alignment, accelerate progress, and optimize performance across all internal teams.
