EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

We have an immediate need and invite applications for a career-minded, talented, ambitious, high energy, experienced bookkeeping & accounts receivable person.

Candidate MUST possess:

• Organized Superb leadership skills and take charge of purchasing operations
• Great communication skills
• Organized and systematic
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Organize all accounts receivable activities, oversee timely billing
• Can work with Project Management team to determine correct billing procedures

• Ability to work with Quickbooks, Excel, Smart sheets and other software systems
• Fundamental understanding of GAAP
• General understanding of debits and credits
• Working Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
• Clerical Accounting experience preferred
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint
• Experience in a service business ie construction or other related field – a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and controlling the billing process

• Issue various end-of-month inventory reports
• Data Entry into Quickbooks vendor billing system
• Improvement and development of current systems welcomed
• Must enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced office environment.
