Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from clients and assist with online transactions
• Listening to customers to assess needs
• Navigate multiple computer systems
• Input data and assist with transactional needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Retirement plan experience and knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills

Work Model:

• 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Monday – Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
