Palmers Hamilton has an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to join the team. This position is a full time role to assist the Store Manager, especially on his days off to ensure that store operation runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

• Enthusiastic and motivated.
• Excellence in Customer Service.
• Experienced in opening and closing of store and handling customer complaints (if any).
• Retail experience essential.
• Plant knowledge preferred but not essential.
• Reliable and must be flexible with working hours, including working during weekend.
