Our IT Desktop Support Team Members aid their co-workers, both local and remote, providing technical troubleshooting and resolution to any and all computer hardware and software issues. As a member of our team, you will use your multitasking abilities and expert communication skills to follow through on all tickets and projects while maintaining that positive, professional, customer service mind-set you’ve always provided to your IT customers

Fast-paced, fast-changing and unpredictable defines our Information Technology team. We are looking for analytical, agile, and influential leaders who can quickly deliver meaningful results and solutions with the flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and shifting priorities.

Your Impact

• Provide IT support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment, printers/copiers, phone systems, and general IT hardware/software
• Follow SOP documentation and escalate issues appropriately to higher-level staff
• Manage individual workflow and maintain current ticket queue via IT ticketing system
• Provide Mobile support for iOS and Android
• Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with the user base
• Must be Local in SF Bayarea

Your Experience

• Recent 5+ years hands-on technical experience with Windows 10, Mac OSX, Google Suite, Microsoft Active Directory, system imaging, VPN, basic networking, network connectivity including 802.11x, PC and Apple hardware, and mobile devices
• Strong experience with remote access and remote-control tools to support remote employees. Zoom, MS Remote Desktop, etc.
• Strong service-oriented mentality is a must- excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to learn and cross train with other IT staff members required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $71,900 – $105,700/yr.
