Keen to go organic? Join a top-performing team on a certified organic farm

You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations and work closely with your team to help meet production and animal welfare goals.
You’ll receive full training and support, and we’ll encourage you to take the initiative, develop your skills, and support newer team members along the way. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a great work ethic and a passion for farming.
Enjoy being part of a culture that values safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
The Farm
Earnslaw Organic Farm is located less than 10 minutes from Taupo and will milk 800 cows through a 54-bale rotary shed.
Excellent schooling options nearby. Friendly and supportive local community with school bus at the gate and easy access to a wide range of recreational activities.
About You
You’ll bring a willingness to learn, get stuck in, and contribute to the team’s success. Ideally, you’ll also have:
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including health and life insurance, enhanced parental leave benefits, and up to 4% KiwiSaver matching. You’ll also receive an extra day of leave over Christmas, plus ongoing training and development.
