PAN AM RAILWAYS Hiring for Transportation Service Representative (TSR) at Billerica, MA Full Time

Working knowledge of freight and yard office functions, car movement system, email, spreadsheets, crew office procedures, transportation operations, BLE/SMART agreements, FRA (Federal Railway Administration), HOS (hours of service) regulations, customer service, basic filing.

Work experience, preferably on the railroad or in a transportation office. Although having a working knowledge of day-to-day railroad operations is preferable, it’s not a requirement.
