About the role

Do you love technology? Do you enjoy problem-solving and learning on the job? As entry-level IT Technical Support, you don’t need a whole lot of experience, just a can-do attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Help Desk team in a key role that interacts across the entire organisation. In addition to providing day to day support, you will help to identify process improvement opportunities to simplify workflow, identify and resolve faults and assist with training.

This is a rostered role that also provides after-hours support to ensure continuity of systems in a 24/7 business

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A tertiary qualification in an IT-related field is not essential, but will be an advantage.
