ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing internal and external clients with prompt, courteous and professional information and service. He/she ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and provides administrative support to all departments across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Management of incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and faxes
• Coordination of guest visits, meetings, and mill tours
• Data entry, reporting, and filing.
• Any other general administrative support required.

Qualifications:

• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization.
• Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
• Proven ability to be professional, confident and self-motivated.
• Administrative training and /or experience is an asset.
