What we are looking for -Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for aFull-Time Wardrobe and Prop Assistant.The primary role of theWardrobe and Prop Assistantto manage all wardrobe and prop orders for our online content creation platform. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design, as well as experience managing and organizing props and wardrobe for video productions. This job is aREMOTEposition.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production teams to understand the creative vision for each project and develop appropriate wardrobe and prop plans to bring that vision to life.
• Manage the sourcing, purchasing, and organization of wardrobe and props, including negotiating with vendors, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that all items are appropriately labeled and stored.
• Conduct research to find unique and appropriate wardrobe and prop options that fit within the project’s budget, timeline, and creative vision.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all wardrobe and prop items and ensure that all items are kept updated on an internal spreadsheet.
• Collaborate with other production departments (such as art, lighting, and camera) to ensure that wardrobe and props are appropriately integrated into the overall project design.
• Work closely remotely with talent to ensure that their wardrobe fits properly, is comfortable, and meets any special requirements for the project.
• Manage returns and exchanges of wardrobe and props, ensuring that items are returned on time and in good condition.
• Create and manage the wardrobe and props budget, working with the production team to stay within budget and providing regular updates on expenses.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wardrobe and Prop Coordinator or similar role in the film or 2+ years in the production industry.
• Knowledge of fashion, design, and historical styles and the ability to create looks that are appropriate for specific time periods and genres
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including directors, producers, actors, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring that everything is perfect down to the last detail.

Nice To Haves:

• Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
