The Role
This is a busy role, not for the faint of heart. You will bring exceptional communication skills, and the ability to naturally talk to people, to help solve the smallest of problems and the most complex of problems.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Service Desk, managing all Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests. You will also play a key support role across the team projects and other technical services, that we undertake, and will be undertaking into 2024 and beyond.
We hope to see applicants that have experience working in the Office 365 platform environment, but this is not a dealbreaker
About You
Ideally, with 1+ years of experience in a similar role, you’ll join us with a Tertiary Qualification in IT, or equivalent work experience to hit the ground running. You will be looking to grow your skills in a very rewarding environment, where your input will be heard, and changes will be made according to your recommendations, that are best for the business.
You will have high levels of computer literacy across multiple software systems, ITIL knowledge, MCSA qualification and knowledge of Cisco systems.
You have excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and are able to talk to people of all levels, to help them with their issues, as required. You can present solutions to problems, in easy-to-understand formats, for non-technical understanding.
You will join us with an inquisitive mind, someone who is willing to muck in, learn as they go, and build upon their already successful support career.
