There are 3 shift patterns available below. Which one will you choose?
7 am – 10 am (ending between 4 pm – 7 pm)
10 am – 2 pm (ending between 7 pm – 11 pm)
2 pm – 4 pm (ending between 11 pm – 1 am)
About you
You live and breathe customer service, whether its in a face-to-face capacity, or you’ve already cut your teeth in a contact-centre, you know that customer demands are high, and delighting them is what you’re there to accomplish!
You naturally have exceptional communication skillsand empathy and strive to leave people feeling better than when they first contacted you.
We are constantly seeking ways of improving our customers’ experience and with you being our voice and ears, we welcome your ideas to help us achieve this! You’ll be comfortable operating across many systems on the computer, and if you don’t know something, our knowledge base systems are your support network.!
This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position, supporting our New Zealand, Australian and United Kingdom customers.
These positions are home-based and as such you will have to meet our home working requirements for your workspace and internet speed (fibre is required), and be based in or within 1.5 hours of our Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin offices.
