About the role:
As we head into intake 1 of 2023, we’re on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives who’ll ask the right questions, listen, and treat customers the way they want to be treated. You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do and build loyalty with our luxury premium customers. This role is a role that is worked from home in a professional environment with the occasional requirement to be on site, you will take a high number of calls, in a contact-centre environment!
You are a positive person by nature, take responsibility for showing up, doing a fantastic job, as you demonstrate to the customer the Fisher and Paykel culture, of delighting and exceeding customer expectations, each and every day.
You will be working across multiple technologies and systems, so firstly, you must be systems savvy, secondly you must enjoy working across different platforms, and be able to show your customer that even on the trickiest of calls, you know what needs to be done, to answer any question they may have.
There are 3 shift patterns that rotate on a fortnightly roster, and we require multiple people, for each, they are:
US Shift
Monday – Sunday rostered shifts. Rostered Shift Start time between 12.00am and 4am.
Wk One: Monday to Sunday (two RDO’s within the week)
Wk Two: Monday to Friday (two RDO’s at weekend)
UK Shift
Monday – Sunday rostered shifts. Rostered Shift Start time between 6pm and 10pm.
Wk One: Monday to Sunday (two RDO’s within the week)
Wk Two: Monday to Friday (two RDO’s at weekend)
NZ/AU Shift
Monday – Sunday rostered shifts. Rostered Shift Start time between 10am and 2pm.
Wk One: Monday to Sunday (two RDO’s within the week)
Wk Two: Monday to Friday (two RDO’s at weekend)
