Invacare is a proud supplier of mobility and medical equipment such as manual and powered wheelchairs, mobility scooters, beds and mattresses, patient lifters, ramps and respiratory products. Our equipment is used in facilities and around the home to make people’s Life’s Experiences Possible.
Our team is looking for customer centric personalities to join our Customer Service team, helping us to continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers in Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll bring a passion for people, strong communication skills and will thrive on exceeding customers’ expectations and providing solutions. Naturally, you are resilient, empathetic and compassionate while handling complex requests. You’ll be able to work independently to resolve calls but if you do need help, it’s only a step away! You will be nurtured, supported yet provided autonomy to do your job the best way you can!
Additionally, you will be tech savvy, be able to pick up multiple systems and run with them, all while managing a busy inbox, taking phone calls and assisting our walk-in customers.

This position is full time (40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday, 10.30am – 7.00pm. To be considered, applicants will need to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, have a clear criminal history and have the right to work in New Zealand.
