Regional Education Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Regional Education Manager will implement the UK&I Retail Education strategy as directed by the Head of Retail Education; working in a designated region to deliver retail results in line with business objectives.

The Education program covers all contents ensuring a unique and perfect omnichannel experience for our clients, fostering the retail performance: brand culture, product knowledge and axe expertise, client engagement (selling ceremony and interpersonal skills) and client portfolio management (IPOS and clienteling).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the three month onboarding process to ensure all new starters complete their 4 week induction program
• Support the onboarding process with on counter coaching to ensure all new starters master D.I.O.R client centricity, product expertise & digital tools
• Be a Training Expert in Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare, D.I.O.R & Client Portfolio Management, to deliver an effective and inspiring Retail Education plan for our DA population
• Ensure perfect delivery of training sessions (quality, time management, effective content..) virtually & in-person
• Adopt a blended learning approach with in-class and digital learning to deliver effective results
• Establish relationships with the Retail team; Regional and Area Managers, working collaboratively to meet company goals & expectations
• Monitor Retail & Education KPIs within a designated region, implement on counter coaching to support and drive retail performance, developing DA skill set and expertise
• Motivate and empower the DA population to exceed KPI’s and targets employing the Brand Coaching methods.
• Deliver ad hoc tactical education modules as directed by Head of Retail Education
• Deliver bespoke brand and product education programs for the key retailers
• Delivery of Regional Training Workshops & DA Conferences

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Profile

• 5+ years Retail experience with a high affinity to luxury and an understanding of UK&I Retail environment
• Confident in presenting and influencing at all levels.
• Adaptable in training style, conscious of the needs of the audience
• Experience in the creation and delivery of training
• Able to travel regularly throughout the UK&I

• Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Independent and self-managing – excellent management, analytical & organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in distant format
• High expertise on digital tools (Zoom, Teams, MyDior, Digital retail tools IPOS, Dior Connect…)
