Carry out the hotels Guest Relations policy.

Clean & Polish Glassware

Ensure Linen is distributed at Night

Complete Fire Safety Walks

Energy Management walks

To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the premises.

To observe all safety rules and procedures.

To report and, where possible, take action on incidents of accident, fire loss or damage.

Check windows throughout the hotel that they are securely locked.

Check with all the guests in the bar for late drinks.

4 am walk around the hotel and collect all the breakfast cards

Light the fire at 6.15am.

Check all wake up calls are answered.

Check the restrooms in the lobby that the bins are emptied and that all sinks and urinal areas are spotless.

Pass over any information from the night to the receptionist on duty
