This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel. Education/Experience: Graduate of a school of nursing; Associate degree/Diploma in Nursing required. Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses: 1. Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients 2. Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License 3. BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines Additional Information Must have current cardiac monitoring training and charge nurse experience.
